BLOOD BANK

A blood donation truly is a "gift of life" that a healthy individual can give to others in their community who are sick or injured.  In one hour's time, a person can donate one unit of blood that can be separated into four individual components that could help save multiple lives.

Every minute of every day, someone needs blood.  That blood can only come from a volunteer donor, a person like you who makes the choice to donate.  There is no substitute for your donation.   When you make a blood donation, you join a very select group.  Currently only 3 out of every 100 people in America donate blood.

Twice a year the parish sponsors a blood drive on Sunday after the Masses.

CHRISTMAS GIFTS UNDER THE TREE

Every year at the beginning of Advent, a Christmas tree is placed in the rear of the church. Each ornament on the tree is a gift request from various programs/organizations for those in need.

Parishioners take ornaments and return the wrapped gifts with the ornament attached as a gift tag.

Volunteers are also needed in advance to prepare the ornaments
and afterwards to sort,  bag, and deliver the gifts.

FALL SOCIAL - usually a Saturday in October from 6:00 to 10:00 pm in the gym

FALL CLOTHING DRIVE - usually a Saturday in October from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in the gym

Every year, during the autumn season, the Parish Council sponsors a clothing drive to provide for our brothers and sisters in need. Parishioners are asked to donate slightly used clothing in good condition. Volunteers are needed to receive donations, sort and bag clothing, and arrange pick up or delivery to the various organizations serving those in need.

WEDDING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION:
